Referral fee example
The standard referral fee is 1% of the funded loan amount, paid when the loan closes.
100,000 US dollar loan = 1,000 US dollar referral fee.
250,000 US dollar loan = 2,500 US dollar referral fee.
500,000 US dollar loan = 5,000 US dollar referral fee.
Referral fees are paid only when a referred opportunity is funded and the loan closes.

Lower loan-to-value generally creates a stronger opportunity. For example, if a property is worth 500,000 US dollars and the borrower requests 250,000 US dollars, that is a 50% loan-to-value.
If the borrower is looking for a direct property-backed loan, the borrower-facing process is handled through GAP Equity Loans.
