The Team Behind GAP Investments
GAP Investments is led by an experienced team focused on private capital, real estate-backed lending, transaction structure, and practical execution in Costa Rica.
The leadership team manages the core lending operation while senior advisors and associates support larger capital conversations, strategic review, and project-level opportunities.
Structure, clarity, and properly managed transactions.
GAP Investments is built around a practical idea: private lending works better when opportunities are reviewed carefully before capital is placed.
Every opportunity is approached from a capital-first perspective. That means reviewing collateral, loan-to-value, title structure, documentation, repayment logic, and the closing process before anything moves forward.
We are not trying to create volume for the sake of volume. Our focus is properly reviewed opportunities, disciplined structure, and clear communication.

Experience built through financing, real estate, and capital relationships.
GAP Investments was founded by Glenn Tellier after decades of experience in financing, capital structuring, and transaction coordination.
Beginning in the early 1990s, Glenn helped arrange and secure hundreds of millions of dollars in financing in Canada. After moving to Costa Rica, he recognized that many qualified borrowers struggled to access practical financing while private lenders were looking for properly reviewed opportunities.
The goal is simple: help private lenders and qualified borrowers work through a clearer, more structured, real estate-backed lending process.
